vampires, a theme much loved and abused.

Still they seem to fascinate most of us as they developed from rather beastlike monsters, to individuals, much like humans.

Mostly, vampires show up in romantic dramas and porn movies, because of their ways of biting in a rather erotic area, as well as their ability to lure us by their beauty (this a fenomenon of later imagination).

What is a vampire?

In the beginning they were as mentioned mostly scary monsters, with little or no intelligence, who needed human blood to sustain their immortality. Also there are rumors that they can transform into animals, tap into peoples minds and turn to mist, among other things.. They aren't truly immortal though, since they can be killed, by stake, fire or sunlight, plus the idea that crosses and garlic supposedly repels them.

The revolution if I'm not just imagining this, came with the books of anne rice. Now those vampires are quite boring I think.. all they do is trying to cope with immortality and nothing else. It's like they never search for anything else but some sort of truth of life, or unlife.

therefore I will make an effort to give these creatures some sort of everyday strife, so that they don't go thinking and doing things to find the meaning of everything, at least not all the time, and not all of them.
